Won a vodacom shake prize and never received it

I won one of the competitions of vodacom shake and unlock early december 2021, till today i still havent received my prize. When i follow up, they always take my details and say they will contact me and no one calls. I have spent a lot of money trying to get this prize making follow ups with calls and using my data.
