Won a prixe still waiting for feedback why there is a error after landing on a big prize

<p><br />so its been more than two weeks with absolutely no assistance from Vodacom i have tried helping myself but im unable to do so, since i played your play every day app an landed on the a big prize the play station for a short brief moment did the congratulation pop up appear than. the app suddenly froze and stated there is a technical glitch what a way of not letting someone get their prize, and im not the only there is another person that complained on your face book page about landing on the same prize and not getting the prize. I was told my profile has been refreshed and reloaded still the same thing even when I try and play online im getting the same error but when I use my contract phone it works well, Vodacom sucks and im glad my contract expired this month and ill be taking my friends an family with me when we all move over to Telkom mobile.
