Witnessed unacceptable incident in Brooklyn store

I was in Vodacom Brooklyn to purchase accessories for my phone when I witnessed what can only be described as Carte Blanche worthy material and I believe this incident should be paid attention to. A lady came to complain about a contract which had not been cancelled and wanted the matter addressed. The response by the male manager and consultant was aggressive and utterly repulsive. They argued with her in front of all the customers in the store and used unacceptable language and the incident escalated to a point where I felt the need to start taking photos. The manager was handling the lady in a manner that I thought would turn physical and where he started threatening the lady that he retains the right to revoke her access to the store and called security to remove her. She refused and said he must phone the police to remove her as she needs her complaints addressed. The security came to the store but moved out and around as people were taking photos. The lady at no point did or said anything wrong and her matter was definitely worthy of attention and concern and the utterly disgusting manner that the manager handled the complaint was a horrible sight to witness.
