With Vodacom, you are just a number

Vodacom have been good to me, in fact quite good, there is on thing that really irritates me, my phone has stopped taking voice messaged for whatever reason. I have contacted Vodacom TWICE about this problem in the last 6 months, each time I am assured that the problem will be given top priority. Well after over a year, my phone is still unable to receive voice mails, sadly I have decided that when my contract becomes due for renewal next year, we are going to HAVE to part company, after over 10 years.
