Winners of the POOR SERVICE AWARD FOR THE MONTH OF FEB 2036

In a Country that seems to pride itself on poor service delivery Vodacom has once again surged ahead to yet again become the winners of the coveted PSA (Poor Service Award) in the category Network Coverage and Support. We should be picking up a signal from the Brandrivier tower situated in the region of Barrydale/Ladismith but as usual 2 mm of rain has knocked out our coverage for the past three days. Every time we get a bit of rain the signal dies, its often over weekends and it appears that nobody from Vodacom monitors the towers and instead has all its customers doing the work for them, they sit there earning exaggerated salaries, with added perks like car allowances, medical aid, housing allowances, pension contributions and annual bonus and salary increases, while our so called contract prices increase every year and as our reward we get a service that would be best suited for some war zone where nothing works, senior staff seem to stroll from meeting to meeting eating biscuits and drinking coffee while the service collapses around their ears but dont be concerned because the guys sitting right at the top have a foolproof plan, every couple of years they announce with great fan fare that five or six hundred Million Rand will be spent on infrastructure, tower upgrades and increased coverage in rural areas.....my response...for 12 years we have been hearing this ******* propaganda with the most recent being this past week. Twenty tears ago we could only get a EDGE but at least we and farm workers could make phone calls on cheap entry level phones, now I have a R13000 phone and I can only make WiFi calls, if the internet is down forget about phoning anyone, as for the poor farm workers who cant afford expensive cell phones they will probably be resorting to carrier ***eons soon. All I can say is Vodacom you should hang your head in shame.
