Windows 950 phone feedback

Ref no 001CCaBDV8Y165XU. I have required at 2 Vodacom shops in Kolonnade Shopping Centre about getting a Windows 950 on contract. No one seems very keen on getting one for me. I have ordered one for one of the shops in Mid January but up to this date nothing has happened. The one person cannot seem to remember about the phone and gave a lame excuse. I went to the other shop and they told me they do not have stock - which i can understand, but they did not bother to make an effort to see if they can order one for me. I then went to Vodacom's website and sent a message to contact me. As seen above i have a reference number and was supposed to be contacted within 24 hours, which never happened. It seems that they are not interested in me as i client or does not seem interested in helping me getting a windows 950 phone. What happened to customer care? My contract has expired in November last year already. I am not interested in another phone as i have a nokia 925. Very disappointed about the non treatment i get or no response and getting no satisfactory answers.
