we in Gansbaai have email, voice and internet problems. Vodacom client for ages. Reception; Thankfully Vodacom did there best to rectify the problem, Vodacom even fitted a new arial at my house for a better reception, although the signal is now strong, I still have TV and PC buffering my thoughts is there is nothing in the signal. It is laughable because on times when I go on the WWW. my phone says you need the internet for that. Another problem is Vodacom cannot or will not fix there Vodamail, sporadic when I send new mail to normal recipients, I get funny messages like the recipients does not exist or Vodacom does not allow relaying or the mail server pop3vodamail.co.za is not responding error POSIX61 mail is put in outbox. If I do sent email and uses a gmail server it goes straight away. Maybe later Vodamail will work again. If you asked copilot you get this Vodacom’s email service—often referred to as Vodamail—has received quite a bit of criticism over the years. Based on recent reviews, many users have reported issues such as login problems, delayed customer support, and difficulty recovering access when passwords are reset or accounts are locked. Some customers have also expressed frustration with how long it takes to get help from Vodacom’s support team when email access is disrupted1.

That said, Vodacom has made efforts to respond to complaints and maintain communication with users, but the overall sentiment around their email service seems to lean negative. If you're currently using Vodacom email and facing issues, I’d be happy to help troubleshoot or suggest alternative email providers that might offer a smoother experience.
