On Saturday morning (05/12/2015) - I contacted Vodacom's Contract Cancellations Dept requesting a revised quotation for the cancellation of my Vodacom contract. Reason for deciding to cancel my contract was that i saw a deal with a competitive cellular contract provider and thought it was the best deal on the market. I had called in to Vodacom's cancellations dept about 3-4 times prior to speaking to William and was merely sent a quotation to be signed and sent through. Luckily i procrastinated and decided to wait a little while longer. When calling in on Saturday and speaking to William, might i add that he was the only one to ask me why i would like to cancel my contact. Not only did i think he was going the extra mile, but he also took the time to analyze the situation and resolved the matter by counter offering an even better deal than the deal i thought could not be beaten. William, thank you very much for your efficient service, your level of professionalism is superb and i will refer anyone who is due for an upgrade to contact you. Vodacom - William is an absolute asset and i would highly recommend that he be put forward for managerial posts coming up! Well Done William!
