Will you ever get back to me?
Will you ever get back to me? I called for assistance regarding billing/data usage and got a reference number A2-1IEO-QQL1DZ on 19 January. Supposed to take 2 to 3 days, but still waiting. Several smss saying one of the support team will contact me once investigation is complete. One message was on 24 Jan and another on 29 Jan. Still waiting.... The whole issue is over out of bundle *******. Sorry, \charges\"...."
