Will Not Recommmend Vodacom Clearwater Mall

We did a port at Vodacom Clearwater 2 weeks ago and got the phone the same time, however the problem started when we actually wanted to use the phone, never worked we went back twice and still no one could help.<br> eventually my wife called yesterday afternoon and after throwing her toys out the cot she managed to get some help, 2 weeks after taking the new contract, we wished we just stayed at MTN. After all of this the lady still tells her if it works and wants the data transfered we must pay, really no customer service what so ever. I did an uppgrade at Cellucity in Clear****er mall and my data was transfered free of charge, and the service was really good. So in conclusion stay away from Vodacom Clearwater mall the one close to Edgars.
