Will never use Vodacom again

I posted a review here a few days ago, about a broken phone that we got when we took out a contract at Vodacom. Vodacom responded and said they will contact me. Still waiting. These people just don't care. Worst service ever. How hard can it be to replace a broken phone with a new one? I don't want the same one repaired for the forth time, I want a NEW one. This is absurd.
