Will never do business again with Vodacom

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Vodacom

When I signed up for a new contract with Vodacom, I was promised a good deal and insurance and excellent customer service. However, I have been met with nothing but lies and broken promises.

I have called Vodacom customer service multiple times, but they have been unable to fix the problem. I have also been told that I will receive a call back , but I have never received a call or as asked recordings and video from the store to be send to me but they say yes sure with in 24 hours ill have them, its been more than a month and all lies.

the customer service I have received from Vodacom has been abysmal. The customer service representatives are unhelpful and never do what they say they will do. They have no interest in resolving my issue. The store has wasted my time and resources and I have lost business and income due to there behavior.

I am writing this as a last resort. I am hoping that someone at Vodacom will take my complaint seriously and take action to fix the problem. I am also warning others about the false promises and poor service I have received from Vodacom. I will never trust Vodacom again.
