Will I be justified to remove and sell a cell tower battery to recoup the money Vodacom stole from me??

I have been waiting since last year for any help with my problem. This year is nearly half, but nothing yet. Only two phone calls from numbers that can not be dialed. And empty promises. YET, THEY ***** MONEY FROM MY BANK EVERY MONTH WITHOUT FAIL!
