WIG for 4UP
I received an SMS this afternoon stating "Your WIG for 4UP has been activated." I did not request this, nor did I give permission for the service to be activated on my account!!!

16 Dec 2024, 09:33Good morning,
Thank you, I received a follow-up call this morning from Dean of Vodacom.
The SMS I received was apparently intended for my son's mobile number, which should have been removed from my profile at the end of May 2023; the SMS unfortunately did not state it was on his number, as he did in fact request the service.
If there are more than one number linked to a client's profile, it may be prudent to include the number in question in the SMS.
