wifi router

I called vodacom to cancel my data contract which expired and never worked properly cause they sold me something that wasnt really compatible with windows 8 but only found out after the warranty expired. ..they then offered me a 3g wifi router, which after all the salesman candy i agreed to.i stressed with the salesman that i will only take it if its a 3g WI FI ROUTER WITH LTE.i confirmed it about 3 or 4 times...i receive the package and what do i get? A. ****LE!!! I cancelled it but know that the lady i spoke to isnt going rectify the problem cause of the attitude and tone of voice...all i want now is for them to collect everything, cancel everything so i can take out a contract by 8ta.....vodacom let me down to many times...*********** staff at canal walk century city cape town,bad telephonic service.. And ****py help line
