Wifi installation problem
I am really not impressed, such bad service from vodacom. I have been waiting since the 7th of august for vodacom to let me know when will openserve come and install my wifi at my new place. Phoned about 8th times and no response on when my installation will happen i am so sick and tired of buying data everyday my wife works from home and it is a struggle to work over a phones hotspot, i am really very unhappy and extremely unsatisfied

09 Sept 2025, 20:02I have phoned today again because no one callede today regarding my wifi installation, i am sick and tired of this, my wife is workimg from home amd we cannot afford to buy data every single day. I need answere because it cannot go on like this or else i will cancel with vodacom because i am paying for 2 months now and do not have wifi this is ***** actually if we look at it this way paying and not receiving a service i want answers by latest tomorrow 10 september before 12 or else i am going to take measures against this i am done with calling in every single #$$&&& day.
