Wifi handheld modem battery life pathetic!
Vodacom customer care reference numbe: 001B~BQBU <br> <br> I was sold a wifi modem with 2gb monthly data and convinced i can use this for my cellphone as it is a handheld modem.<br> <br> I willingly purchased this as it only costs R109 per month. Whereas currently I'm paying R159 per month for 1gb of data for my cellphone. <br> <br> I received this package on the 24th of June and have been using it on and off.<br> <br> Today however I have come across a HUGE issue and will NOT sit with this.<br> <br> The modem was fully charged and about 3hours later the battery life was sitting on 3%!!!<br> <br> I am not going to be stuck with this pathetic product! Whats the point of it being wireless if its battery lasts 3hrs? <br> <br> I want to cancel this contract immediately and receive a refund!<br> <br> <br> Kind Regards <br> Terri Abrahamse
