Wifi data usage

I have a wifi contract with vodacom. I get 100GB every month however there are application that don't make sense and they are taking a lot of data. I have made several phone calls to them but I never get a satisfactory answer. These applications are HTTPS, PEER TO PEER FILE SHARING AND ENCRYPTED LOGIN. My data gets finished even before month end. All I ask is they give me a detailed breakdown of what's really finishing my data so quickly.
