Wifi Connection

Spoke to a Delia of Customer Care, she don't know her products and are incapable of assisting customers. My wifi was off and needed to reconnect. It was done but they set it back to the factory settings. The previous customer care agent Fred said he will reset my password. And Delia said it can't be done. So I don't sit with wifi connection.
