Wie is die SLAAP TIGER?

I saw the Slaap tiger advert on television and since I use my phone most time of my day I thought it would be of very convenience to move to a network which can keep me up to date with my profession and private life. I moved to Vodacom and it seemed to be worse than what I expected, just to open internet or download using Vodacom takes for ever I have to be at a certain spot to do some of my downloading or wait for next day at the office. Sometimes I ask myself maybe I misunderstood what message they are sending on this advert, I've watched it a couple of times and try to listen to what they are saying. What is it they are saying?
