Wi-Fi Modem

After being contacted by a Vodacom direct sales agent , I agreed to the product and was told that the modem would be deliver 2 days later...5 days later finally got the modem. However that is not my main issue after speaking to 4 call centre representatives each with their own story. Two weeks later - I am still waiting for my modem to be enabled. Shocking, shocking service ,ready to give the modem back.
