Why your data depleted so quickly
Vodacom has become a matter of a great concern to me. 1st I have contract with Vodacom for 2G which I only utilise for whatsup and facebook.I am not using it to download anything. There is 1 G for day and 1 G for night but 1G for day it cannot last for 5 days and this behaviour from vodacom has been happening for almost 2 years. Because I cannot live without data now am forced to buy data everyday. What annoyed me today is the fact that I bought 55MB and its only chats on whatups and facebook as usual and It was depleted within 1 hours and Vodacom is not even notifying me when my data is getting finished. My question is will whatsup chats and Facebook chats finish 55MB within an hour? I am sick and tired of vodacom for ripping me off and I need refund because their consultant were not helpful ,the only tells me of Apps running on my phone and those Apps are being restricted long time ago.
VODACOM. I NEED ANSWERS AND REFUND OF ALL MY DATA ******.
