Why you *****ing my DATA?

<p>I bought a data bundle on the 13th of April(1gig), when I woke up on the 17th all of my data and some of my airtime as well. I still have the sms saying my bundle would only expire on the 26th of April. I then went in to a Vodacom Data store that pulled up my record and showed me that I had 850mb left before Vodacom expired my data bundle, but they are not allowed to print or email me any of this(they were very helpful). Then came my phone call to their call centre, this lady stuck to the script and told me that I used up all my data. Even after I told her the data store showed me their mess up she told me I must have used up the 850mb within the 2 minutes that is not on her system. She has logged a call, and will let me know if they disagree with her in about 7 working days,might take longer. So now I have to load more airtime to buy another data bundle. This is **************** guys, and this big corporate is not accomodating at all.</p>
