Why will vodacom not give me my complete itemized billing report?

<p>Good day</p> <p>I phoned vodacom numerous times requesting an itemized billing report, detailing tellephone numbers i called, and that called me for june of 2016, the last person i called told me that was confidential and they are not alowed, to give out that information. Can i please have my call history, if not why am i not allowed to have it?</p> **********
