Why was my voice mail box dropped: can't reset!
For no reason my long time existing voice mail box disappeared off my cell phone ***. I dialled 121 and followed all the prompts to no avail. It said that an sms would be sent withink 24 hours and my voice mail would be activated. Tried numerous times, but nothing woked!
