Why Vodacom should fire all of their Call Centre Agents

In November 2016, I was phoned by a Vodacom Sales Consultant, and was offered a package that, accordingly to her, would be more affordable than my current package. I agreed and the deal was done. I was informed that my monthly payment would be a bit more the first month, however, would go down the following month, since I had to settle my previous package first. Five months later, I am being billed double the amount that was promised to me during that Sales Call. I have not received a copy of the aggreement and Vodacom are refusing to assist me with retrieving the call record in order for me to query my account. I have phoned the call center on numerous occasions. I merely get transferred from person to person until some agent loses their temper and drops the call. The agents are useless.

I have also not been able to send an email query, since Vodacom's "Email Us" service does not work.

Out of principal, I have refused to pay my account this month. Why should I pay if they refuse to help me? So now, I am recieving pre-recorded voice calls 4 - 5 times a day harrasing me to pay my account.

All I am asking, is for assistance to sort out my account. I simply cant afford to pay that much. I feel like Vodacom do not care about their customers and dont even have the decency to get a real life person to phone me.

Just fire all your agents and robo-call your customers...that way they cant complain

Thanks for Nothing Vodacom! You guys truly are the perfect example of a big corporate company who simply does not care about their customers at all.

The only contact that I have had with Vodacom is 3 pre-recorded voice calls to pay my account... its not even 12 yet!

Also just spent another 15min on the phone with the collections department who informed me that its not their job to resolve the query on my account. WHAT? How is it not your job????

I told Ayanda in the collections department that I am refusing to pay my account. An if Vodacom are refusing to help me, then I am moving to another service provider...she did not seem to care very much.
