Why skynet Vodacom?? Why why

Why Skynet why why? They treat youre customers like ****. I worked at a courier as a manager and never ever had I spoken to a customer like this guy.... who do he think he is? I am a customer.. i also told him his customer service is bad... I phoned you guys and spoken to koketo who assisted me with respect and trying to help me. I cut the line to phone myself the after sales dept.. she phoned me to ask if everything is okay and if I did get hold of them.. thats now customer service... with youre after sales dept she didnt understand. Cant you please get my parcel back and send it with a descend courier?? RAM? PLEASE PLEASE K***. EVEN another lady complain about you guys using skynet.. go check it out...
