Why Should I Stay???

I have been deciding whether or not to renew my 19 year long contract relationship with Vodacom, It seems that MTN have far more comprehensive deals (minutes and data) for a lower price. Ive called in but i keep feeling im given the standard speel with no desire to retain my business. If there is a competitive package im not aware of can someone call me or maybe its time to change...

There does not seem to be any drive to retain my business (offers of discounts, additional data, etc) which i know is an option as it was done for me some years ago, but through Nashua Mobile.

Ive been a client since i was 16 years old and this does not seem to matter, but MTN is actively sourcing my business..

Gareth

What Amazes me... Is that the above reply from Voadcom on retiaining me as a customer (by saying i would be called) has not happened...
Right here was a golden opportunity to retian a client of 19 years, contractually spending on average R15kp/a (so about R300k contributed to Voadcom with absolutely no effort required to date) and I cant get a call back...
This is shocking!
