Why should I beg to be assisted

I am still being transferred from pillar to post. Not a single division at Vodacom is prepared to assist me. The sales department is refusing and customercare department is refusing. I already gave all the information on email that I keep getting asked over and over but no actually assists. Do I have to beg to be assisted???
