Why should 1 stay with Vodacom?

After being a client with Vodacom for 20 Years and being passed the date of my upgrade I visit the online store to see what upgrade deals are available. What a disappointment 1 deal and its that of a Vodacom Smart Tab 3G. What happened to the Smart Phones? It is things like this that makes one feel why do I stay with Vodacom why not just move????Even Prepaid clients get better deals (and even rewards) than clients with contracts. If you take out a Contract at Vodacom once you have signed on the dotted line it feels like you are kicked to the curve because they know they will get their money. Vodacom really do not know how to keep their customers happy. Use it don't use it not that I think it would ever make a difference what customers are saying.
