Why must Vodacom rob people

How many chances do we need to give this service provider. I am ready to move and find a service provider that actually gives a damn. I have been a loyal Vodacom client for close to 10 years now and clearly I dont matter to them. I got a contract from Vodacom last year July, which I've been paying regularly for. July 2017 I deciced to cancel my contract and pay off the amount in cash. I requested a closing amount, which they sent me. I payed the amount on the 06 July 2017 and only got a closing letter on the 12 July 2017 after begging for it. I was shocked to see the way vodacom personalle send emails to clients, unproffessional with one word answers....no greeting nothing. Anyway, I called vodacom again to check if my account would not further be debited, I was told by the customer care person "No", and it was a clear No. Today my account has been debited and when I ask the provider, they telling me about an invoice that was remaining in my account. What nonsense is this? No one thought I should know that they is a remaining invoice that would need my attention or would be debited end of this month. When I asked, they told me nothing would be debited from this number...Vodacom does not care about keeping good relationships with its customers. They don't care about us, they continue to rob us blindly. I would like an explaination. Rewind back to when I submited my phone for repairs, I was going to ba charged a lavy that no one told me about, after listening to the recording when I was sold the insurance - Vodacom realised that I was not told about a lavy. They either need to hire good staff or stop day light ******* becuase this is very clear. I've asked for a recording of the conversations, I've been told I must get a court something to get those.....LOL, this is not funny but sad. I want my money
