why must i keep doing follow up

I bought I bought 4 voucher 3 went through one didn't , I was told it would be resolve with in 4 hours im still waiting, its not even a week since I joint mpesa and already have to keep on running after you for my own money, what service is this after this matter is sorted im cutting this flipping card into pieces.. rather I use pep, or shoprite or mtn to send cash mpesa is just useless im so ****ed already called 3 times none of the consultant where usefull..
