Why load bloatware on my phone

Vodacom seems to have a policy of sending SPAM sms, but also loading programs onto my phone that use data..<br> <br> This is done without permission and removal is complicated which discourages the average user from doing so.<br> <br> Is there no law against this sort of thing?<br> <br> Most of my devices are riddled with this *******.
