Why is Vodacom still withdrawing my money

I do not know who should i speak to to get some service. I mean what the **** Vodacom, so i complain about a ********** account in Nov 2014, you remove the stop order and today you do the stop order again. <br> This site is the only way i can get some service, then why do you hire people if they are not going to do their job. To think i do not have an account with you makes me very upset.<br> <br> <br> <br>
