Why is vodacom not doing their job?

Hello Peter I have been trying to cancel some of my numbers on my vodacom contract since November 2020. Every time the consultants give me a reference number, but the numbers never gets cancelled. We have to pay the full amount each month, otherwise we get in arrears. But I don't want those numbers active anymore and it's not my fault that they do not get cancelled. Have been phoning at least 5 times a month to get the numbers cancelled, yet to this day nothing has been cancelled. It is taking a lot of my time, and each call I make means nothing as nothing is getting done. I have names and reference numbers for all the calls, and no one has cancelled the numbers How do I cancel the numbers, because I'm getting sick of paying for numbers I do not want anymore. And vodacom is not helping /doing their job.
