Why is Vodacom not Calling me back?

<p>On the 14th of September 2016 Vodacom phoned me to change my data and sms useage not touching my talk time. They change my whole package from a 200 m 200 sms and 1gig to a Talk 350 without any data and a topup account which is useless to me. They stole the R350 talktime to use for my data and I loaded another R110 talktime which they stole as well. Eventually they send me an sms telling me that 1 gig will be given to me and my account will now be debited with R899. I received an e-mail from Vodacom that this was a mistake and they will not charge me for the 1 gig monthly untill my contract is over. Well I am still waiting for my R350 and R110 refund. Nobody from Vodacom even tried to phone me. I hope this person who done this to me will feel the frustration I am having not able to phone or recharge your phone with talktime. I will now lay a formal charge against Vodacom.</p>
