Why is my profile deleted???

I am utterly disappointed at Vodacom’s service delivery. Your employees do as they like. My profile as a Vodacom subscriber was deleted which subsequently deactivated my number. I have called Vodacom customer service and no one has any decent explanation as to what happened, all I’m being told is the issue has been escalated to their IT department of which only they (call center) have authority to communicate with and not me.

Are Vodacom’s systems compromised? Why can no one account for the deletion of my profile from your system?

I need answers and need to be reconnected ASAP!
