WHY IS MY AIRTIME/DATA DISAPPEARING!!!!

I have had about enough of Vodacom now! for a while now my data and airtime has been disappearing. Usually i would use 1Gb a month. In the last month 1Gb only lasted me 1 wee**** I don't have facebook on my phone, I don't download music or movies so where has it gone? Airtime also just disappears! I loaded R29 airtime on my phone at 12.29 today. When i checked my balance just after 1pm I only had R22.48 left? I was working so I didn't use my phone so where has it gone? on 28/09/2017 I was at a Vodacom branch because without warning they cut my lines. I asked the guy to check why my airtime was disappearing. He said that I had subscriptions. I told him to cancel it all as i had not subscribed to anything. He sent a message to 31050 and it responded saying no active WASP services. again my airtime disappeared so i sent the sms again. Same response, no active WASP services. Today after my airtime was ****** by Vodacom again I resent the sms and got a response "sorry this service is only available to Vodacom subscribers". Hello i am one???? My mother has had over R600 ****** by Vodacom and mine is adding up as well. Vodacom's response to her is they can do nothing about it. This is theft. I want my airtime and data bac****! and so does my mother. This is pathetic. Vodacom is a *****! Enough is enough.
