Why is it so difficult

<p>Dear Vodacom,</p> <p> </p> <p>On 22 November 2016, I took out an add on Contract on my existing Contract QV327993-6 I told the Agent (Ntombifuthi) who helped me that I want to keep my existing prepaid number as part of the contract see quote 1- ********** 4668.</p> <p> </p> <p>Since it was an online application I confirmed with her if it was the advertised Product (as per screen grab pictures below) an LG Stylus 2 with Smart Cover, 5GB once off data and the R10 000 educational voucher on Vodacom uChoose 110, as on the website, she had to confirm after the same enquiry on numerous occasions during the application process.</p> <p> </p> <p>On asking about the number retention she told me since I am on the C3B system I will be given a new sim card with new number that can only be changed at the nearest Vodashop. Today 6 December 2016 I took receipt of the parcel and apparently I can't use my prepaid number as per Vodashop Alberton, I then phone your activation line and spoke to Refilwe who informed me that I have been issued with a new number and their is also no 5G once off data on the contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm very disappointed with your service especially since I'm your customer since 1998.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please tell me what I'm supposed to do now as I believe I was misled.</p> <p> </p>
