why is it impossible to port to vodacom ?

<p>I went to 2 of your stores in Sandton city to get port to vodacom. I was told that they could not port because my network was refusing my number.</p> <p>I then tried your call centre, and i was told that I have to go to the stores.</p> <p>I then went to the vodacom twitter account to ask for assistance, and I was asked if my number is contract of pre-paid. That was Friday, and I am not having any luck here.</p> <p>Why is this such a difficult process, I just need to know the reason??</p> <p>r</p>
