Why even call it customer support, why offer services you cant deliver on?

So my complaint initially started around 3 weeks ago. I called into the call centre as I have noticed an extremely high data use on my account. Now I have a limit set of R50, and I do understand that the limit might not kick in immediately and give or take my account is normally R100-R200 over limit which I accept. Dont understand it though because if you are on prepaid and you run out of airtime your call or data session will be cut there and then. I guess this is another one of those sneaky ways to milk consumers even more. The consultant who assisted (Azwi) assured me that a call will be logged and that the matter will be resolved. Also I was promised a call within 3 days. The call never came and when I went online today I got a good shock when I saw the bill. Obviously nothing was done and the amount is now almost 3 times the initial amount. I called in once again speaking to 2 consultants (Jonas / Siphokazi) another call was logged as the previous resolution on the system stated "customer does not have a limit set" I have so little faith in Vodacom that I even took a screenshot of my profile where it indicates the set limit. Just so that I can have proof. I really find this type of behaviour unacceptable and also ********* why offer a limit when it is not guaranteed or cannot be implemented in the world we live in today I find it highly unlikely that this cannot be inforced I rather feel its a money making scheme where Vodacom profits from and think up excuses not to implement the set limits. I was responsible enough to set a limit I feel its Vodacom's responsibillity to deliver on the call set limit which they offer as a service to clients or then rather not have it at all and block the line when data is depleted. I need this matter resolved asap!!!
