Why don't Vodacom value their customers?

We received a text message on my daughters phone from Vodacom informing her that she was due for an upgrade with a link to a catalogue that showed available upgrade offers. When I contacted Vodacom upgrades and entered the number I was told via auto response that the number wasn't eligible for upgrade. When I finally got though to a consultant I was told she did qualify. Then the agent gave me options which were totally different to the options sent to my daugher's phone and not suitable to us at all. When I enquired about the discrepancy she consulted with her supervisor after which I was informed that I have to go in-store for those options (even though the catalogue sent to my daughters phone clearly said we could do the upgrade online or in-store). Rather frustrated, I drove all the way to Vodacom shop in Cavendish Square and when I presented them with the details they said they can't offer me those deals in-store, I need to do it online (the catalogue not only said we could do the upgrade in-store, it even said we would get R200 in-store accessories when upgrading.) When I showed the agent, she simply rep**** by saying it is not the first time this has happened.

I have 3 contracts with Vodacom and it seems they aren't interested in customers renewing their business with them. In fact, they are making it near impossible for me to do so. Where too from here? I have been with Vodacom for a lifetime. Is it finally time to make a move?
