Why does Vodacom not have an option to email them?

I have recently emigrated and wanted to contact Vodacom (yes I know I should have done before I left, but I ran out of time) to discuss the cancellation fee for my existing contract.

Once on the site, there is no way to email them, and for a call-back, I cannot put in my current overseas number. I did ask a friend to handle for me, but even for a simple quote they would not deal with her as she is not the account holder.

For me to call them will cost a fortune, especially considering I will have to call into a call centre and probably be on hold a lot.

Vodacom, how else can I discuss this with you?

Alec
