Why do we have to change to vodacom

I now have to resign from my job and be unemployed thanks to Vodacom, due to there stupid rule. I had an excellent contract with cell C for the past two years and not a single day in arrears but now during covid, my name has been listed in the ITC I can't get a month-to-month contract for fiber at my home only Vodacom can supply their fiber in my area. Now I have to resign as I work online. Thank you, Vodacom for taking a family bread out of there mouth.
