Why do Vodacom Consultants always mess up

I had an overdue account and PTP on the 27 January, challenges of being self employed was advised that my Services would be suspended. Made the payment today, received a notification that it is not necessary to send POP as Vodacom received the payment. Payment was made at 14:52. I called in at 15:59 and spoke to the First Consultant, called in to 082111, I was advised that I should give it a hour, I then called at 17:04 and was then advised that I should of gone through to the Collections department but they are closed now as the Call centre cannot do anything about it. Is this a Joke or what. I am annoyed because this is not the first time that I have a problem like this and my daughter owns one of the Contract number. I don't care about me not having a phone but my daughter cannot be without a phone and I could've salvaged the day, TODAY
