Why cant i get to human agents
How do i now report *****ulent simswap if i now cant f..ken get to human agent, every option sends me to the stupid Tobi machine and ends my call. what is the purpose of customer care line if we cant talk to anyone. This is why Vodacom cannot be my main number because there is no sense of urgency. This Tobi Thing is useless.
