Why can I not be surprised with good service just once...

Since 6:00am on 18/11/2016 I am unable to make calls or send SMS's, I have phoned the call centre 4x times, each time I get told they will do a “Network Synchronization”, after which, I need to remove the SIM / reboot phone and try again, this was proposed by each of the 4 call desk agents I spoke to. On my 4th call to the call desk I explain the whole sorry story just for the same to be recommended again, this is obviously not working, in the middle of the call I get told that there is a known problem affecting voice calls, I would have thought this would have been mentioned when I phoned the first 3x times...? I dealt with Isaac around (8:10am), then with Forrow (sp?) (9;24am), then spoke to Thandi (10:00am), call with Thandi got dropped while she was trying to help me with logging a service request, after this spoke to Pumzile at 11:24am, she said she will call me back (she also performed a network synchronization), not sure what for, I would like this issue resolved or at least tell me there is a known issue and ETA for service restoration, why only tell me there is a known issue on the forth call when you have apparently known about this issue since yesterday? I am not phoning and wasting my time with your call desk again, how about I put a stop order on your debit order and then you can try to get hold of me to resolve it? I had enough and cannot perform my work if I cannot make calls on my cell phone, I do not have a landline backup, get your act together please or I will take my business elsewhere.
