Why call it customer care they don't??

I have contacted the customer services on numerus occasion as I want to cancel my contract with Vodacom. I am on a Top up contract and since November Vodacom blocks my account as I have reached my "credit limit" on a TOP UP CONTRACT!

Since then it often happens that I can’t make calls or go online. Then you call 111 wait about 30min, you get transferred form the one to the next. After a week or so then my cell works.

I requested that they should send me a cancellation quotation, guess what, they are off line but will send an email to me once they are online again I have not as yet received and email. November I have called once a week to get a quotation and still off line or cant assist me as they are busy with payments. I even went in to a store to get a quotation and was advised they can’t help as they are busy with their month end figures.

Vodacom Team- PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME A GENARATED EMAIL OR SMS OR CALL!! Your service is pathetic and if I would give this type of service to my clients I would not work for a company as the company would have closed down. Why people still use you boggles my mind. You spend thousands of Rands on wonderful ads but can’t even send an email or SMS to your client’s saying you have noted there are some issues and that you are working on it. But yeah we are only the client what do we know.....
