Why am I still with Vodacom?

I added a data ****le to my Vodacom contract in 2015 and for the last 21 months I have consistently been billed a particular amount for the 2 GB on this data bundle. If I exceed the 2GB – I was unable to connect. End of story. This is what I had requested to be undertaken! Now after 20 months of loyally paying and getting what was – in the contract – I receive a bill of 5 TIMES the amount! FIVE TIMES! On inquiring this error – I am advised – I exceeded the data usage of 2GB. This is bollix. I have run out of data on numerous occasions the middle of the month in the past – and the only thing that happened - I no longer had connection. AS ALWAYS. Now – I am being billed for excess data? Since when? Who told me? What communication was sent? Who flicked the switch? Just because you have a debit order on my account – doesn’t mean you can tap in at your own free will! AND This is not the first time VODACOM!!! If this complaint is not investigated and the amount reversed – I will be referring this matter to the ombudsman.

1- ********** **********
