Why am I handed over to Attorneys for non payment?

I thought i had finished my matter with Vodacom this year in January, only to find after the payment i have made i have been handed over to attorneys for non payment. well i tried to seek understanding and help from the Vodacom Customer Care which made things worse. Called ********** on 20/09/2018 spoke to Dimakatso at 10:59 who put me on hold until the call got cut at 11:19 called back and left a message with Yolanda at 13:47 who had to tell Dimakatso to call back and that did not happen... still waiting for the call.

Called on 21/09/2018 same number at 14:54 spoke to Bamitsi (I think) who was very rude never listened and condescending she put me on hold at 14:58 and 15:03 cut my call after she told me where to get off. And all I ask is for my query to be resolved and also understand why am i handed over for non payment. I have never put an instruction to block any of my debit orders but Vodacom decided not debit. the number in question is now prepaid and that confirmed to me that i owe these guys nothing.

i then made a call on Friday to Vodacom at 14:58 and I was told that i need to speak to the attorneys as Vodacom has no history of the account anymore. I have been to EastGate Vodaworld to resolve this query and in this whole corporate there is no one who could articulate exactly why i am in areas and what i need to do next. I am being hunted down by the collectors making threats of being handed over for non payment. can somebody tell me exactly payment for what as the account is settled? i am really tired of this thorn in my flesh called Vodacom wish i had the money to put up billboards everywhere in the country and maybe that would get the right attention and assistance from the Mighty Vodacom to resolve my query.

in my view there should be no Star rating for these guys who are there to rob people!

The last time i heard from Vodacom was the 1 October @ 16:41 (call duration 33 minutes) when i got a call from Marlon Voss, who committed to keep me posted and get the right department to help me. i am still waiting even today to hear from these guys as to what is the resolution to my query. Do these guys take me seriously? or was the call to meet SLA targets and then dump the query somewhere to be dealt?
